Hi everyone, I'm just confused about exporting my file. I want to export my file as an SVG for others to edit but why when an SVG file is opened it becomes uneditable because it is an image. Whereas before it was in the form of a curve, can anyone help me?

@Dini it's the outline effects mostly, plus some layers have 'passthrough' blending mode. In the layers panel, anything with the little "fx" icon trigger the rasterisation (conversion to an image).

Unfortunately it seems you've used the outline effect quite extensively, so it's not going to be a simple fix.

Oh I see, thank you for the explanation BofG. I need double lines so I enabled the outline effect. Is there any other way to create a double lines instead enabling 'fx' or I just need to not use a lot of 'fx? I'm newbie at Affinity Design. Thank you

If you want SVG vector output (so nothing gets converted to an image) then you cannot use any of the fx. Personally I think all of those things should be only accessible from the pixel persona but that's by the by.

To get a double lines like you have, you will have to do the following:

1. Add a black stroke to the basic curve.
2. Go Layer > Expand Stroke.
3. Select the first curve again, and set the stroke to your green colour, now increase the size so it shows behind the previous stroke.

The stroke panel is by default at the top right of the workspace.
