denisden
Alignment to spread dropdown not working. That's why I couldn't adjust the objects each other. Just align to spread.
walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. Which application, and what OS? Have you selected an alignment option first? (That is, one of the options to the right of "Align Horizontally" or "Align Vertically". Starting with 1.8 you need to select one of those before you can specify how to align the objects.) denisden
Hi Walt, thanks for your reply and I am going to send one photo about my problem. I am using Mac and the app is Affinity Designer. thank you :)
Pšenda
You must first select the type of alignment, and only then the option to select an alignment criterion will be available - this varies according to the type of alignment, and therefore their selection is conditioned by the selection of the type. https://affinity.help/designer/English.lproj/pages/ObjectControl/align.html Quote Affinity Store (MSI/EXE): Affinity Suite (ADe, APh, APu) 2.5.5.2636 (Retail) Dell OptiPlex 7060, i5-8500 3.00 GHz, 16 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630, Dell P2417H 1920 x 1080, Windows 11 Pro, Version 23H2, Build 22631.4317. First line = enter the first parameter (how will i align), followed by the second line = enter the second parameter (what will I align to), how could this be more obvious and intuitive?
