SethSpace
 hello, I found this bug when I was trying to draw, sometimes only with pencil brushes and some others and it fixes with time but when looking at the wacom tablet properties it fixes😅 PD: I forgot to capture the cursor but I try to draw and it does not appear Video_1597200008.wmv Edited August 12, 2020 by SethSpace
Staff Sean P Posted August 12, 2020 Staff Share Posted August 12, 2020 Hi SethSpace, What model of Wacom are you using? Do you have a checkbox to enable 'Windows Ink' inside your Wacom Tablet Properties? If that is unchecked can you try checking that and see if that then begins to work correctly. Failing that does enabling Legacy Tablet Support allow it to work correctly? Â
SethSpace
Hi, Wacom CTL-480 Only works with open Wacom Tablet Properties  : < Video_1597271183.wmv Edited August 13, 2020 by SethSpace
Staff Sean P Posted August 13, 2020 Staff Share Posted August 13, 2020 Could you try enabling the 'Use Windows Ink/Usar entrada de lápiz Windows' option on the Wacom driver please and then try it? It is worth first trying it without the --legacy-wintab option, and if still no improvements try it with that option. Thanks.

Thanks for comment so quickly, with the option activated or deactivated it still does not work, every time I turn off and on the tablet it happens that I use a version of bluetooth and it is the only program with the problem, this bug started with new version of the program, the previous one never happened PD: I tried with the options you mention but the problem still remains (legacy- ink on and off, etc)
Staff Sean P Posted August 14, 2020 Staff Share Posted August 14, 2020 That's disappointing.  We've just put out a beta version that has removed the --legacy-tablet command line option and instead added three modes to Preferences > Tools. The Low Precision, High Precision and Windows Ink. Would you have able to try that and see if how those options work, especially the Windows Ink one (which will require the Wacom 'Use Windows Ink' option to be enabled). The beta can be installed alongside the non-beta version and will not interfere with it either. They're considered two separate installs.
