brad.field
I once used a braided rope brush in Designer, but I went to try to recreate a design I have misplaced but I can't locate that brush. Any thoughts, I'm happy to purchase if need be, but I can't locate one.
markw
Where are you looking for the ‘Rope’ brush? In the Designer Persona, > Brushes > Categories > Image, there should be one called ‘Rope - Thin’ . That’s because they are classed as vector brushes. What icon does the file have in Finder? If you have multiple Affinity applications it might have been opened by Photo or Publisher rather than Designer. Safer, probably, to use the hamburger icon in the Brushes panel and "Import Brushes" so you know for sure where they're going to be installed. (They installed just fine into Designer Persona of Designer that way for me. But on my system the default application for opening a .afbrushes file, at the moment, is Publisher Beta.)
