Matthias1957 Posted August 9, 2020 Share Posted August 9, 2020 Hello, I installed the new versions of all my Affinity desktop programs Photo, Designer and Publisher. Today I wanted to change a picture. I can start the programs, I can open the picture or a new project, I can use hotkeys, but I can't use the tools inside of the programs. There is no change. My system is PC, Windows 10, version 1909, 32GB RAM, Intel i7, Nvidia Geforce GTX 680 Driver version 451.67 Thank you for your help! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Matthias1957 Posted August 9, 2020 Author Share Posted August 9, 2020 Habe inzwischen die Version 1.8.3 von Photo heruntergeladen, die neue Version deinstalliert und die alte Version installiert. Staff DWright Posted August 12, 2020 Staff Share Posted August 12, 2020 Bei Ihren anderen Affinity-Apps können Sie versuchen, sie zurückzusetzen, indem Sie beim Starten die STRG-Taste gedrückt halten. Wenn ein Bildschirm zum Löschen von Benutzerdaten angezeigt wird, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Löschen. Die App wird gestartet. Wenn sie wieder ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, aktualisieren Sie bitte Ihr Foto und führen Sie den Vorgang aus Gleicher Schritt, wenn nicht, lass es mich wissen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
