GarryP
I like it but, in my personal view, thereâs something âwrongâ with the dots. Either they are too big, or too opaque, or something, but they seem to make the rest of the image less easy-on-the-eye and I donât know why. Obviously thatâs just my personal take on it but I feel it could be improved by doing something with the dots, but I donât know what. Itâs a bit like I am seeing the image through a layer of dots rather than the dots being part of the underlying image. Maybe itâs just me though. Maybe it is exactly how you want it to be, and thatâs okay with me. bodobe

Metin Seven
Hi @GarryP and @firstdefence, Thanks for your feedback, appreciated. I understand your points (pun intended đ). I've created a fairly drastic remix of the image, making the shapes not-so neat anymore, and adding some extra grunge texturing. I personally like this more. It's more raw, more experimental, like a cut-out style. Frozen Death Knight
The latest one I like a lot better. The textures blend nicely together instead of just being laid on top and looking the same across the entire image. Nice work!
firstdefence
Agreed, nice improvement overall, although I quite liked the old highlights on the bulb pickauppa machine. but a nice rendition nonetheless Quote iMac 27" 2019 Somona 14.3.1, iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more... XP-Pen Artist-22E, - iPad Pro 12.9   (Please refrain from licking the screen while using this forum) Affinity Help - Affinity Desktop Tutorials - Feedback - FAQ - most asked questions
