TerrySR
I just started using Affinity, and, to be honest, I did NOT read through all the other 100 pages to see if someone else requested this. My request(s) is have an autonomous straighten picture button with an auto crop feature. I used to use Microsoft Picture It 9, but the software will no longer work on my new computer. Straightening a picture was so much simpler w that program. There was a button just for straightening. You clicked on the button, clicked on the first point on the “horizon,” clicked on the second point on the “horizon” and then clicked save. There was an AUTO CROP option on the straighten picture page that could be checked (and maybe even defaulted to that). With 4 clicks the pic was straightened. In Affinity Photo, you have to click the crop button, then click the straighten button (which I couldn’t even find without viewing a tutorial), then click the beginning and ending points, THEN MOVE EACH OF THE 4 SIDES IN to deal with the left over margins, then click apply. That’s 9 actions to do what an obsolete program did in 4. Thanks for considering my request. Terry Reeder bures

You can do a search like this one. I think this macro should still work in versions 1.8.4 and below Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
