If you want to upgrade to version 2 when it’s eventually released you’ll have to pay for it, but updates (1.x) are free to existing customers.

No, we do not have to pay for updates. Although I would LOVE there were an option to pay what you want as a way of supporting the development of Affinity tools...

Windows users who purchased through the Microsoft Store need to log in there to get updates. Likewise, Mac users who purchased through the Mac App Store can only update via the MAS.

Mac users who purchased through the Affinity Store will find updates at the following URLs:
