PeterB. Posted August 7, 2020 Share Posted August 7, 2020 Hi, I'm going to layout a magazine in which content or advertisements from third parties will be placed. In most cases, these ads are finished PDF files. As far as I know, there is currently no option to place PDF files unchanged. So my question is, has anyone found a workaround on how to place content unchanged, or is there an option that I just can't find? Joachim_L Posted August 7, 2020 Share Posted August 7, 2020 Unfortunately there is no option for passing through a PDF at the moment, but as you have Indesign you might as well have Acrobat installed? Then save the third-party PDF as EPS and place the file linked in APublisher. This is a just a workaround, so no warranties.
