SF Charter Boat
Hi What is the process please to keep lavender foreground flowers purple and the rest of the pix BxW? Thanks, Stuart
thomaso
A quick way without masking would be an HSL Shift Adjustment. walt.farrell 1 Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1
SF Charter Boat
Thanks, where do I find HSL and what do I do? If I find it, set the sliders as you have them?
thomaso
All Adjustments can be accessed via the Adjustment Panel or the main menu "Layer" or the Adjustments button/icon at the bottom of the Layers Panel. https://affinity.help/photo/English.lproj/pages/Workspace/interface.html Yes, the slider settings in the screenshot show their affect to the image. You might want to use a 2nd slider setting by clicking the magenta dot to adjust these colours separately. https://affinity.help/photo/English.lproj/pages/Adjustments/adjustment_HSL.html For more precision, to ged rid of any purple outside the lavender (e.g. in the face and ears), you could use an extra layer to desaturate certain parts, then a mask can be helpful. https://affinity.help/photo/English.lproj/pages/Layers/LayerMasks.html Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1
