When I open a photo in the Affinity Designer and I want to edit it automatically in Affinity Photo, it does not export. I press the button, but nothing happened. It was already removed in the latest Beta ( and will not be there after the next Mac App Store update). To switch to Photo (or Designer) use the File ▹ Edit in... command instead as pointed out by Paul.
