cbordey
Working on a large project, this graphic of the woman jumping in the air is stuck. I can't get it to move. I can't delete the layer. As far as I can tell it's not pinned...What are those x's in the corners?
firstdefence
The ‘X’’s indicate a locked object, right click on the (master A - 2 Pages) layer and select Edit Detached, you should be able edit the object now. cbordey 1 Quote iMac 27" 2019 Somona 14.3.1, iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more... GarryP
The answer given by firstdefence above would normally have been my first answer but there seems to be something strange. The thumbnail for the selected layer seems to be blank, whereas the lady looks to be in a layer which isn’t on the master page. Try making the lady layer (bottom in your screenshot) invisible – by unticking the tick to the right of the layer name – and see what happens. If the lady is still visible then the thumbnail of the selected layer is probably not up-to-date and you have duplicate layers. cbordey
thomaso
... and / or just select the woman jumping in the layers panel, not on the page. cbordey 1 Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1
