Publisher cannot open larger file than 25MB

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have created document size of 960 MB with older Affinity Publisher version (I don't remember the exact version, but file was created on 2019-11-06) everything was okay, but after an update I can't open that file anymore.
I have tested Publisher with other documents and now I can open only 25mb or less sized files.
How can I fix that issue?

Computer info:
CPU: Intel i5-8300H
GPU: Nvidia GT1050Ti
RAM: 24GB

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @CMYKDesign.

How does it fail?

Thanks. Did it generate a crash report? Can you share the .afpub file? (If you don't want to share it publicly here then one of the moderators can provide a private upload link for you to use.)

the file loaded for me - so it may be related to one or more of the linked images or a disk/disk space

Could be worth seeing how much free space is on the drive with your windows temporary folder.

Have you run a disk check where the images are stored ?
