rami.tamir
Hi, Just downloaded the trial version and whenever I try to create a new file or open one of the existing creations, nothing happens and the UI is greyed out, I have to 'force quit' it to close. Any idea? Version:1.3.
Staff MEB Posted August 14, 2015 Staff Share Posted August 14, 2015 Hi rami.tamir, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Are you running the latest Beta of El Capitan? If that's the case, currently neither the Mac App Store version nor the Trial are compatible with El Capitan. Both should be updated soon to support the new OS. rami.tamir
Yes, I am. Is there a date when will you have a fix for that?
Staff MattP Posted August 15, 2015 Staff Share Posted August 15, 2015 Soon :) The Mac App Store update is already waiting for Apple's approval and the trial is standing by ready to go live - it's really down to how quickly Apple can sort it out, sorry... There's a *chance* we could release the trial update sooner, but it's not what we'd like to do since people will not be able to buy that version until Apple have updated it on the store, which goes against how we'd like it to be... rami.tamir
Will the update happen automatically via App Store ?
yakk
Hi rami.tamir It depends of your OS settings. It can be done automatically or you can just have an alert that a new version is available. You should have a look in System Preferences > App Store. You'll have all the options. Quote OS X 10.12 - AP 1.6.6 - AD 1.
