transform text is behaving differently than expected

When I resize text element, the words inside got scaled. While I expected the text will wrap to fit the new frame. What I'm doing wrong here that I don't get what I want?

 

I made a vid demo, show that the text scaled when I resize the frame from the right. I expect the text drop down the form a new line break

This will happen when you've used the Artistic Text Tool instead of the Frame Text Tool. If you left click and hold over the Artistic Text Tool, on the left hand toolbar, you'll get the Frame Text Tool to appear :)
