tools aren't matching the placement of my Wacom pen in 1.8.4 (split)

I installed the update and now my tools aren't matching the placement of my Wacom pen.  For example, the brush begins painting far away and above from the target of the cross-hair indicator. The mouse works fine. But the pen tablet doesn't.

Works fine on my WACOM CTH-690

Do you have Mouse Mode enabled?

1661没有鼠标模式的选项 它是手绘屏

beta版 我用--legacy-wintab解决了问题，但是win10版 我不知道在哪里添加这个命令
