walt.farrell
You can downgrade if (and only if) you purchased directly from Serif. I think the following approach should work. First, uninstall 1.8.4 if it's still there. it might be wise to restart Windows first. Then restart Windows again, and right-click on the 1.8.3 installer and choose Run as Administrator. Staff Sean P Posted August 4, 2020 Staff Share Posted August 4, 2020 Hi EndyNight69, It sounds as though you're using a graphics tablet? (Please try to supply as much information as you know about your issue) In 1.8.4 tablet input has been changed to use high precision data, which unfortunately has had a knock on effect for older tablet devices that use 'Mouse Mode'. You can add --legacy-wintab (note the two hyphens at the start, best to copy and paste) to the command line options of the shortcut you launch the application from. This will use the older input options that 1.8.3 used and should allow you to use your tablet how it was in 1.8.3.
