Mayur Pahuja
I have questions that page break does not work when I am converting it to docx via calibre, even submitting to kindle directly causes all text to come close, only way I was able to solve was by using word only
kenmcd
A bunch of nonsense characters is often an indication of a font cache corruption. Clear your font cache and see if that helps.

Staff Gabe Posted August 4, 2020 Staff Share Posted August 4, 2020 Press Windows logo on your Keyboard, Type "Font" , Open Font Settings , select Arial and you will find it on that page:

Staff Gabe Posted August 5, 2020 Staff Share Posted August 5, 2020 Must be a bad font cache, or a corrupt font. The PDF you've attached has got a Type 1 font embedded while it should have been a TrueTrye We only work with fonts available on your system, so you need to find out why/how your Arial font is broken. Perhaps you can try to uninstall / reinstall it?
Mayur Pahuja
Tried Uninstalling but it didn't do anything and I didn't face this type of problem in another software. Otherwise result would have been same in them. But I ll try today again
kenmcd
Do you also have any PostScript Type 1 fonts installed? There have been some other posts where the user had both the Type 1 font and the OpenType font installed of the same name. This appeared to cause a corruption in the Affinity font cache. Do you have an ArialMT Type 1 font installed?
