Shadowmaker
(iPad Version) I’m trying to figure out why I am not able to apply a black mask to images when using the stacking feature. I apply the mask invert it to black , but when painting white it breaks apart or doesn’t work at all. I’ve seen a video of someone doing it, but the video has no sound and moves too fast . Feel like It should be straight forward, what am I missing. Trying to learn flash ambient photography multiple exposures and post processing. I load 3 to 4 tripod locked images with different criteria. 1 ambient, 2 flash, 3 one window exposure, ects. They load and align properly when using stacking. When I try and black mask one of the images to blend with paint brush it just doesn’t work. Nothing is revealed from masked photo. Any suggestions are really apreciated

lepr
A Live Stack Group does not support gradated opacity of its contents; mask values of less than 100% will be considered to be 0%, with the result that only full intensity pixels of the mask will reveal the masked layer.
