gskidmark Posted July 31, 2020 Share Posted July 31, 2020 I often open files in Photo by right-clicking the file and selecting Affinity Photo. Lately I have been running into a problem with this method. If Photo is already open I get the error, "Affinity Photo is already running", and the selected files do not open. I then either have to use the File>Open from within Photo or drag the file to the Photo icon in the Dock (Mac). Is this a known issue? Or is there a fix? Staff DWright Posted August 1, 2020 Staff Share Posted August 1, 2020 Can you please let me know the MacOS version that you are running as I have not been able to replicate this issue on my Mac running Catalina also are you running the Mac AppStore version or our Affinity store version of Photo.
