ScottHall
While web browser's can display any SVG file, the BIMI standard (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) requires files to be saved as SVG tiny 1.2 format. I had to go outside the Affinity family to export an SVG file in the SVG tiny 1.2 format. I would love to be able to do it directly in Affinity Designer. rvz, T.A.V, nodeus and 1 other
Graham Wharton
Yes please. I too have had to fallback to installing the trial version of Illustrator, just to export as SVG Tiny 1.2 in order to generate BIMI compatible SVG's. It would be great to see this added. T.A.V
+1 I started creating BIMI files for my clients, and none of it worked because I made all logos in Affinity Designer. I didn't want to get in the Adobe trial mess, so I re-created the easy logos in Figma and was able to get it to work; most logos are still waiting. It's a hassle for professionals creating for the web. Affinity developers don't see the webP export as a priority, let alone AVIF. YFinder
I found another work-around besides using trial for illustrator. go to BIMI group and use the conversion tool. It will take your Affinity Designer SVG file and convert it to p/s 1.2 https://bimigroup.org/svg-conversion-tools-released/

I could get my export from Illustrator to validate on MXTools. I truly hope Affinity includes this in an update to 2.0 version.
