Designer: how to paste in the old position?

Recommended Posts

They get pasted into the location they were copied from, I would like to see a right click/Control click option to Paste Here.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.2
Affinity Designer 2.3.1 | Affinity Photo 2.3.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.3.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Hi Bruce thanks for the quick reply.

Is there anything to do with the canvas ? I just found when I copy&paste on the artboard it would run well. when I do this outside the artboard it would move.

Hi mashy :)

My apologies, I'm not certain what you mean by this. Can you please explain this again for me or provide a screen recording? Many thanks in advance!

If you paste with no artboard selected where would the item get pasted? I would guess to the location on the 'Document's' xy co-ordinates.
