I would really like to have the option to save the Flood Selection Tool settings by default because whenever I work on multiple files I have to do for each independent file the following process: Select the Flood Select Tool Go to the menu bar Click the tolerance button Set the tolerance to 0 Uncheck the Contiguous box. All default settings should be manageable, in a way similar to that for keyboard shortcuts.
