lerschiboi Posted July 26, 2020 Share Posted July 26, 2020 My wife and I both bought Affinity Photo for our Macs to work on the same files that we store in Dropbox. The strange thing is that for me, thumbnails of the files work fine and I can see the actual design in Finder whereas my wife just sees the Affinity Photo Icon for all of the files — see attached screenshots. We both selected the option "save thumbnails for files" but on her mac, the Thumbnails just won't show, even when saving a new file. Any suggestions?
