Layer coordinates change on their own

That's the one I was thinking of. It seems to be the pixel layer causing the problem.

Have you tried to create your texture pattern as a vector as this issue does not seem to be affecting vector layers? You can create some interesting effects this way too.

No, I haven't tried it yet.

I couldn't find a way to create a random fiber look (like the attached video) with vector layer. Using dry brush stroke on pixel layer was much easier.

Is there such effect for vector layer?
