Agnes
When I go to document setup the anchor point section is greyed out. How can I change the anchor point. It is set to top left, and I want it to be bottom left. Thanks.
catlover
Go to: View > Grid & Axis Manager >Select Basic > Select "Show Axis Editing Handles". Now : In the left hand upper corner you'll see a red and a green line, with a center point. Be sure to have snapping "ON", then drag to anywhere on the page. That will be your new zero point. Unfortunately that information does not correspond with the Transformation Panel. You'll have to set that manually.
thomaso
These options are available only in .afdesign files without artboards. And then the anchor point will be only relevant and used for the moment of changing this document's dimensions. Affinity documents don't have general anchor points of their own, instead you use and choose them only for certain transform actions of selected layers/objects inside the documents. Another option to adjust the anchor point is to move the origin of selected objects. To enable this press the according button in the Toolbar, the crosshair icon.
