Hatrantator
Hi there! This is more of a 'looking for suggestions'-thread than anything else. I've got an 29" ultrawide Monitor (2560x1080) and a XP-Pen Artist Pro 13'3" Pen Display (1920x1080) and some questions regarding a good and comfortable way to set up my Affinity Applications with it. While i want to draw on my Pen-Display i also want to see my current artwork on my other Monitor. Because of the different resolution i don't want to mirror both displays. That would destroy the purpose of having a wider Monitor. If i drag the Preview-Panel to my Ultrawide i 'kinda' get what i want. It's not perfect but it works. So right now i have my main Window opened on the Pen-Display, while all the Panel-/Studio-Windows are on my Ultrawide. It's not bad, but it's also not that great. My question is: Is there a better way to do it? I can't just duplicate my Affinity Window to my other display, without actually mirroring both monitors, right? How did you guys set up your workspaces?
Staff stokerg Posted July 24, 2020 Staff Share Posted July 24, 2020 Hi Hatrantator, Other than using the Mirror option, the setup you have at the moment sounds like the best method.
