I found I can check the "make item visible in export" icon to he right of the layer, but that just adds blank page to the final file. Old Bruce Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 If you want to exclude an artboard from export you need to get rid of the little triangle in the Layers panel of the Export Persona. You do this by selecting the layer (in the Panel) and hitting the delete key. Utterly unintuitive I know but that is how it works. The Artboard remains but it is no longer going to be deleted. Although at this stage I have no need to export selected artboards in a single pdf, I can't see how it can be done. Using the Export Persona to export selected artboards, I get separate pdfs, not a single one. Retaining the Export Persona settings, switching to Designer Persona and exporting with the 'Don't export layers hidden by Export persona' box checked, I get a single pdf but with all artboards included.
