WinKey(start menu)=Command⌘ : they are located on the same physical button.

Control=Ctrl : they are located on the same physical button.

The more restricted you put on the program, the closer you program is to idiot.

The OP's question has long been answered and I fear this post is going in circles - so I'm locking it from further replies, thanks.

Please note -
