JeremyTCD
Am having trouble doing what would be ctrl + j in Adobe Illustrator. Steps I've taken: 1. Enable snap to geometry of selected curves. 2. Select both lines using move tool. 3. Drag end of one line over end of the other line. 4. Click join curves. The curves remain separate. Join curves does nothing. Any tips appreciated. join_curves.mp4 Edited July 20, 2020 by JeremyTCD Clarity
Staff MEB Posted July 20, 2020 Staff Share Posted July 20, 2020 Hi JeremyTCD, Welcome to Affinity Forums This should have worked as you wanted. Do you mind attaching the afphoto file shown in the screenshot above for us to check out please? Thank you. If you have trouble attaching the file upload it using this link instead. JeremyTCD
Hi MEB, Thanks for the prompt response. I started over and join curves worked. Ended up deleting the problematic afphoto file. I ran into another issues though, is there a way to join the curves so I don't end up with two nodes at the exact same position? join_curves.mp4 Edited July 20, 2020 by JeremyTCD Fixed mistake
