elmuerto
Hello im back with a new noobie issue. Okay so i have an image of some space nebula. I want to carve 2 squares out of it in different places. After a little bit of research, ive found that i need to place a square shape over the image and then use GEOMETRY SUBTRACT to get rid of the square AND carve out the square out of the nebula underneath. The guide says to select both the square shape AND the image but once i hit GEO SUBTRACT, both the shape and image disappear. Any help? elmuerto
DISREGARD THIS POST. I added a shape that i wanted. Then "grouped" the shape under the image and selected ERASE instead of normal above the layers (next to fill opacity) Did exactly what i needed.. erased that specific part.
