daklakfoto
I have tested on both the existing 1.8.3 production vs the Beta version, the Show AF Focus is greyed out. File is in NEF. Camera is Nikon D850 Lens: Nikkor 70-200.

Ron P.
@daklakfoto, by your screen shot you don't have the Show AF Regions checked. You need to check the box. Also @Gabe, requested you to attach a RAW file so he can further investigate it. Quote Affinity Photo 2.4..; Affinity Designer 2.4..; Affinity Publisher 2.4..; Affinity2 Beta versions. I have tried this on production, and Beta and with various files. I shoot with D850, 70-200/24-70. I know the focus is there, but just wanna to see it. 9 minutes ago, Ron P. said: @daklakfoto, by your screen shot you don't have the Show AF Regions checked. You need to check the box. AiDon
If you want some more I can also attach as it only seems to work for CR2/CR3 images. Sony & Fujifilm images have the Show AF Focus greyed out. daklakfoto 1 Quote Both PC’s Win 11 x64 System with Intuos Pen & Touch PC1 ASUS ROG Strix - AMD Ryzen 9 6900X CPU @ 3.3GHz. 32GB RAM- GPU 1: AMD Radeon integrated. daklakfoto
Sad to hear these. It looks like somehow, this issue has escaped the QA. 12 hours ago, AiDon said: If you want some more I can also attach as it only seems to work for CR2/CR3 images. If I remember correctly, when they implemented it they said it would work for some cameras, and they've never given a list of which ones. Jowday
Don't bother sending RAW files to Serif; it doesn't work at all or not with most cameras. I checked with Nikon RAW files (several cameras old and new), Sony, Olympus and Panasonic. A test case idea, right there. daklakfoto 1 Quote "The user interface is supposed to work for me - I am not supposed to work for the user interface." Staff Gabe Posted July 28, 2020 Staff Share Posted July 28, 2020 I've just had an update from our developers and we can only show AF regions for Canon at the moment. I've moved this to feature requests.
