The highlighted text disappears when I zoom to 172%.

In a text paragraph when I highlight a word, the highlight disappears when I zoom to 172%.

I have Affinity Designer 1.7.2

Where is the text paragraph located?

If it is outside of an artboard or the canvas, there's a known problem where (if I remember correctly) the text highlighting will only be visible if some part of the artboard or canvas is also visible.

I updated my version to Affinity Designer 1.8.3. The problem still persists.

Now, when I zoom to 212% my highlighting disappears and it is impossible to highlight-select the text or a word over 212%. Everything is good till 211%.

Yes, you are right. Outside of an artboard or the canvas, it doesn't work. Thanks for your reply.
