Michael Schneider Posted July 16, 2020 Share Posted July 16, 2020 Hello, I bought Affinity Designer and Photo a while ago via the Mac App Store. I discovered that when I uninstall either one, I can't download them anymore via the app store. Their interface would make you buy it again. I thought I might be able to download it from the Affinity website, but I have no Affinity account. How could I create one, so I do not loose my purchase in case I have to reinstall? Thank you. Staff StevenS Posted July 16, 2020 Staff Share Posted July 16, 2020 Welcome to the Affinity forum @Michael Schneider, It is not possible to download App Store purchases from our own store or transfer a purchase between the two stores. To download a previous order, open the Mac App Store and select 'Purchased'. You will be shown a list, which will include your Affinity app (You will need to be logged into the Mac App Store using the same account that was used to purchase the app). If you are experiencing any issues accessing your App Store purchase, please contact Apple for further assistance.
