Hi there,

I'm struggeling to export my document to an PDF-file. I attached the log file. I tried myself to find out what's wrong with the document, but wasn't able to find a mistake. Maybe you can tell me what's wrong.

In the meantime, I was able to figure out the problem, it was a single picture. After I had rasterized it, the export works without problems - I can not explain it.

Hi @Koele,

Welcome to the forums and many thanks for letting us know your solution to this issue!

I've downloaded your log file and this shows the following error -

[Last exception 2330 in PDF_load_iccprofile]["ICC profile '/Serif/profile/sRGB IEC61966-2-1 black scaled': version 0.0 not supported in PDF 1.7"]

This is why rasterising the image allows the PDF to be exported, as the profile is changed to the document profile when you rasterise it.

I hope this clears things up :)
