Donna Mc
When i go to open a file in Designer i only see the Designer Icon as a replacement for the thumbnail of my design. I used to see thumbnails what has changed? I checked my MS Edge properties and the appropriate box is unchecked so it should show them. When i open a windows folder, all i see is the title of my design and only the Designer Icon, i have no way to see my designs without actually opening t he file in Designer. Suggestions please. R C-R
I am not a Windows user so I can't help with its folder options, but please note that the icons shown are Affinity Publisher icons, not Affinity Designer icons. Donna Mc
Actually that is part of the problem, when i save them they save with the wrong icon, all of these files were actually saved in Designer but now are showing the Publisher icon. Donna Mc
I just saved this file in Designer. The thumbnail is now showing but as you can see the icon on the file shows Publisher. Also, all of my other files still show no thumbnail and are the wrong Icon.

Did the thumbnail image for this file still remain displayed after it finished syncing with OneDrive?
Donna Mc
Good observation - it must be a Onedrive issue but i have no idea how to correct it, do you?
