G-FOTO
I recently downloaded the trial of publisher. When trying to print something on my laser or inkjet - printing never works. There is always an error message, saying "printing was stopped by the print management" I could only create PDF. Is there a print limitation in the trial version? walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. The trial versions do not have functional limitations (except, I believe, that Publisher's StudioLink function requires the retail versions of Designer and/or Photo, not trial versiions).Printing is certainly not limited. What OS are you using? G-FOTO
Ok then the issue might be more complicated than I expected. I use it on a latest Windows 10 Desktop. My printers: - Canon IPF5100 17 Inch Inkjet - HP M277dw laser
Staff Lee D Posted July 13, 2020 Staff Share Posted July 13, 2020 @G-FOTO In terms of printing the trial isn't limited in anyway, print management would indicate either the OS or driver. If you can export to PDF open that in a viewer and try printing.
G-FOTO
In the meantime the issue is solved, but in fact I have no idea how&why. Sudenly it worked. So I can confirm that there is no print limitation in the trial. Now I just have to wait for a new promo code for Publisher 😁 Edited July 15, 2020 by G-FOTO
