Robert Davis
Hi Forums. I am new to Affinity and have some vision impairment so need all the information I can get to use the program e3fficiently. Does the Affinity Workbook contain more information than the on-screen help with regard to explaining menu operations or is it just a print version of the on-screen help? Any answers from Workbook owners would be appreciated.

No, the workbook is, as the name suggests, a series of worked examples. It does explain everything as it goes along, but is in no way a print version of the on-screen help. BTW, the Title field of your message is for you to give a meaningful subject, such as "Is the Designer Workbook a version of the on-line help?" You can alter this by going to your original message and clicking on the Edit button at the bottom. Blende21
For Affinity Designer another user has made the tedious work to copy all elements of the online help into a pdf file. You find it here: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/64366-affinity-designer-help-file-for-183-on-ipad-pdf-updated/ If you need a high-res File, there is one in a Dropbox link. For Photo and Publisher I am not aware that somebody did this yet.
Robert Davis
Thanks for that John - I guess its a case of learn as you go and absorb the details of unknown terms when they come up in the workbook. Robert Davis. John Rostron
