Is it possible to add labels to the toolbar?

Recommended Posts

As a newbie, I find I'm spending a lot of time waiting for the labels to pop up when I hover over a toolbar icon on the left.

Where there's a little triangle, I can click on it to see the pop-out but I constantly have to do it, up and down the toolbar.

Is there any way to show the labels without having to hover or click. Then I could just scan down the toolbar and quickly spot the one i want.

No doubt I'll learn them all in tie but it's slowing the learning process considerably.

Thanks,

The time for the ToolTip to display is configurable in...

Edit > Preferences > User Interface

You may want to change it to its lowest setting

You will need to restart the program after changing it

That is not possible, although you can customise your Tools "panel" and remove all the Tools with a little triangle and replace them with all the individual tools which were in the drop-down for that Tool

If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
