Hi SEW Region Magazine,

Welcome to the forums :)

You should just need to right click the object with the hyperlink applied then go to  Interactive > Delete Hyperlink. If this doesn't work please could you provide a copy of the file?

Thanks

From what I can tell from the provided .afpub file, in each row there is not a single hyperlink over 4 cells but instead 4 individual email hyperlinks, one in each cell.

So to remove them I think you could highlight all the text in a cell, right-click & use Interactive > Delete Hyperlink, but you would have to do this separately for each cell, which would be extremely tedious & time consuming.

Somewhat less time consuming is to open the Hyperlink Studio panel to show all the hyperlinks, where you can see that there are 4 links associated with each name:

Unfortunately there does not seem to be any reliable way to select more than one of them at a time, but if you start with the first listed item selected & then click the "Remove Hyperlink" button (the trashcan icon at the bottom), as the link is deleted the next one is automatically selected. So if you just keep clicking that button repeatedly, you will eventually remove all the links.

Windows allows you to click on the first one then shift-click on the last one to select them all

Clicking the trashcan icon then deletes them all

Can MACs not do that?

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
