David.P
Hi Forum, Is there a function to trim the canvas size down to the size of the drawing objects (i.e. to the size of their bounding box)? Thanks for ideas

David.P
Yeah thanks, had seen that. Sorry, forgot to mention that I'm looking for a way to do the same in Affinity Designer.

A rather significant omission, don't you think? Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. I suppose that this means there is no such function in Affinity Designer.
RNKLN
You can do it in two steps, i believe. Step 1: Layer - Convert Object to Artboard Step 2: Layer - Convert Artboard to Object Quote Affinity Photo - Affinity Designer - Affinity Publisher | macOS Sonoma (14.2) on 16GB MBP14 2021 with 2.4 versions

RNKLN
It looks like it works for individual objects. If you have multiple, you can take the biggest ones and drag the other objects into the canvast of that biggest one. Probably, it won't work in complex situations. For bitmaps or more complex paths, it's not available. Well, I don't urgently need it at the moment anyway. Thanks
