TomM1
What is the purpose of the add preset button in the soft proof adjustment layer box? I though it might be to create a shortcut in the Proof Profile list but not so. R C-R
The button adds a preset to the Adjustments panel. You may have to scroll down in thatpanel to see the Soft Proof category. thomaso
In APub, where the adjustments menu contains "Soft Proof..." but the options window doesn't show an "Add Preset" button cause APub has no Adjustments Panel, you can save a custom soft proof preset by adding it to the Asset Panel. It seems to remember its selected profile + custom rendering setting when it gets dragged to another page. (No idea why it gets an asset icon as a red rectangle, regardless of its softproof settings.)
