I have begun project using a new 12" print square of alpha. Next I placed a png of a geometric line shape vector. I then selected, & deleted a segment of the geometric shape. I have then dragged over a gradation to apply over the deleted area (onto a new layer), but when I do this various pixel artefacts are revealed underneath gradation coverage which have failed to delete, even though they are well within the boundary of the selected area.

Why is this?

Can’t you share it via Dropbox, Filebin, WeTransfer, or some other file-sharing service? :/

FWIW, I have been seeing this error (along with a mysterious "7") for most of this weekend. Hopefully, on Monday they will fix whatever is causing this.

Hi @eightysevens,

My sincerest apologies for the delayed response here.

Unfortunately your WeTransfer link has expired and I'm not 100% certain of what you're describing in your first post.

Could you please try attaching the image to your forum post again, and failing that upload the image to the below Dropbox link?

Many thanks in advance!

Please Note: I am now out of the office until Tuesday 2nd April on annual leave.

If you require urgent assistance, please create a new thread and a member of our team will be sure to assist asap.

Many thanks :)

Thanks for your response Dan, but I have since abandoned the image & deleted the work. If I find the same situation again I'll drop a message here.
