CylonRaven
What I want: Each chapter starts with a "Chapter Start" master page, and the subsequent pages have a 2-page master spread applied to them. I want the header on even pages to say "Chapter One", "Chapter Two", etc. (I have already tried to figure out an automated way to do this, and apparently I just have to insert that text manually into every chapter header.) I want the header on odd pages to contain the chapter title (which I can do by making each chapter a new Section with the Section Name being inserted as a field in the chapter header). The problem: I can create a two-page Master spread with "Chapter One" in the left header, and <Section Name> in the right header. However, that assumes that every chapter starts on an odd page, which is not the case. So I could create two different 2-page Masters (one for "chapters that start on odd pages" and one for "chapters that start on even pages") which just flip the header content, but is there a better solution? Old Bruce
Use the Section Manager to choose the page which the chapter starts on. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
CylonRaven
Well, that was easy. I didn't realize just applying the two-page master would automatically figure the odd/even positioning.
