Bug........ merge selected

Recommended Posts

Hello all,
i want to merge pixel layers with the shortcut CTRL   Shift  E,
the top layer is deleted.

Steps to reproduce:
menu---select--selecct all layers
menu--Layer--merge selected (shortcut: CTRL+SHIFT+E)

when the levels are selected manually from bottom to top, the result is as expected.

This bug affects both  the beta version1.8.4.665 and the  customer version.

Cheers

In the current beta .681, the result is as expected.

Menu---select--selecct all Layers
Menu--Layer--merge selected (shortcut: CTRL+SHIFT+E)

it is not reported as fixed, or did I miss something.😉

Hi @Gnobelix, it will have been fixed by the following:

  • Fixed crash when making some selections

Sometimes it'll crash, sometimes it'll not do what you expect. There was an odd issue with how we made selections that was introduced recently.

 Thanks,  for the response.
