Using a product key

Recommended Posts

Product keys do not work in Apple App Store.  Contact Affinity with all the info to see if they can convert to a paid link to App Store.  That is just a suggestion, I don’t have a clue if they can or will.

It may not be to late for the person who gifted the product key to get refund, again don’t know. They could send you Apple Gift Card which you could redeem and purchase product.

If the art competition cannot arrange for an Apple Gift card for you, you may be out of luck with using it for an iPad. But to find out you will need to contact Serif. If you email affinity@serif.com someone should be able to discuss this with you next week.
