What happened to the Nikon Z6 raw files in latest update?

Have you tried making the change that @Andrea Chioato shows in the post immediately above yours?

iPad Pro (12.9") (iOS 17.4) running Affinity Photo and Designer version 1 and all three version 2 apps.

Sorry, opened another topic for this as a mistake. Still not fixed in the latest builds. Can be reproduced using any NEF file from the Z series like any of the following images available here:
https://www.dpreview.com/sample-galleries/8048435192/nikon-z6-sample-gallery/0151118616

Using the Apple (Core Image RAW) engine on the Mac does fix the issue. Sadly though I won't have access to a Mac later on so fixing this in he Windows version would be greatly appreciated.
