I use this personally, not for business. My product key does not work - how do I obtain permission to begin using the program on my new computer? Thanks in advance for your help! The product key is tied to the email address that you supplied at the time of purchase. I did change the email address on the account with AD because I closed my business and would no longer have access to that email account. Is that going to prohibit me from getting a new product key?
