Gussisaurio
Hi there. I have trouble opening the following regular SVG file. Affinity Designer for Mac says the file is not supported. Safari and Inkscape can open it without any trouble. Is anything wrong with Affinity Designer for Mac? Thanks. freestyle0001.svg

It is not a regular SVG file; it is (I assume) saved in Inkscape as 'Inkscape SVG' - opening it in Inkscape and saving it as 'Plain SVG' helps: freestyle0001_plain.svg (Inspecting the file revealed all this <g id="strokes" inkscape:groupmode="layer" inkscape:label="strokes" xmlns:inkscape="http://www.inkscape.org/namespaces/inkscape">) Gussisaurio 1 Quote "The user interface is supposed to work for me - I am not supposed to work for the user interface." Gussisaurio
Thank you very much Jowday. I did as you recommend. Open in Inkscape and saving in "Plain SVG", and now it opens in Affinity Designer just fine. ( However it is ironic, I bought Affinity Designer in order to not having to use Inkscape. I'll still have to use Inkscape. LOL. ) Have a nice day!!! Jowday
