Sludgefest Posted June 24, 2020 Share Posted June 24, 2020 Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 version 2004, Designer and Publisher open very slowly for me. Its frustrating as I am unable to find a reason for this change in behavior. The Affinity Repair tool does not fix the problem, nor have I added any new fonts. I installed the demo version of Designer on another computer I own which had been upgraded to Windows 10 version build 2004 and Designer opens normally here. Not sure what has changed to cause this Slow problem on my working computer. Once I start using both applications, they speed up to their normal operational speed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but that did not fix the problem. Fortunately they both work normally after a period of time has elapsed.
